Appointments
for our services may be secured by telephone or in person with a
major credit card and paid for at the time of the service. Given
limitations of space in the Spa and our desire to offer superior
services to our clients, cancellations and no shows affect us
significantly. Therefore, we must impose a strict cancellation
policy. If we do not receive notice of cancellation within 24
hours of the appointment, a full fee will be charged to the
client's credit card.
